Our caregivers go through a series of interviews, background checks, reference checks, training and orientation before they begin working. The care of our seniors is very important to us, and we pride ourselves on preparing our caregivers to provide the highest quality services in the industry.

How do you select your Caregivers?
SenCura is committed to choosing compassionate caregivers who we would trust to care for our own family and loved ones. We hire qualified, reliable, honest and respectful caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and people with disabilities. Before we hire, each one must pass a criminal background check, personality profile testing and a detailed screening process before we even consider them as a candidate. Once we bring them on board, caregivers complete our extensive company orientation and training program.
